A boring motorway day turns interesting at the end
At the start of today, I thought I would be really struggling to find something to write about, as a day of driving 650kms+ of motroway, is not the most exciting of things (buying fuel, or food at motorway service stops is not exactly novel material). But at the second fuel stop of the day, while cleaning the windows and mirrors and checking tyre pressures, we spotted another Landy towing a trailer, who was also fueling.

After he had fueled, he also pulled across to clean mirrors and windows and have a chat about all things Landy. The driver must have been the first person who did not think towing a 1.7 tonne sauna to Paris and back was crazy. I guess this sort of thing is more normal in Landy circles
He was taking his friend to go and pick-up a Series Landy that his friend had just bought, hence the trailer.
After talking landies for a bit, we headed back for more boring motorway. We finally stopped off in Norrtälije as the Hostel near the ferry does not have internet.

And the hotel is an old wooden building, so all interesting stairways and twisty passages, rather than sterile concrete blocks
